COMEDK UGET Counseling 2015

Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka has published COMEDK UGET 2015 Counseling notification on its official website. COMEDK UGET 2015 Counselingwill be held through centralized counseling (single window) procedure. Important dates are mentioned below.

Counseling Details:

Candidates will need to report for the counseling as per the schedule mentioned. The counseling will be done on the basis of rank list. Candidates have permission to arrive by one parent or guardian for the Counseling. They must carry one of the original documents for ID proof such as passport, voter ID, PAN card, adhar card, bank a/c, driving license etc.

Procedure of COMEDK UGET Counseling 2015

1. Document Required For Verification:

Candidates need to bring the original documents along with the attach photocopies for verification. They also need to verify their documents before the registration. Candidates must carry any one of the following mentioned in original:

Passport, Voter ID,

Driving License,

Bank pass book with photo attested by the bank manager,

Mark sheet of Class X or XII / 2nd PUC Board exam Hall ticket / Admit card, School /

College Photo Identity card,

Aadhar Card,

COMEDK UGET 2015 Admit Card,

COMEDK UGET-2015 Rank Card of COMEDK UGET-2015 – to be downloaded,

T. C for date of birth verification,

Category certificates.

A crossed Demand Draft for Rs 50,000 drawn on any Nationalised banks in favour of “COMEDK‟ payable at Bangalore. Candidates must mention their name & TAT number on the reverse of DD and are advised to keep a photo copy of DD for future use.

2. Mandatory Registration:

During registration, candidates have to go through the Biometric Verification, Signature Verification, Online Photo Capturing and Verification. Registration slip will be issued in favour of candidates in person and they have to fill the DD details along with 3 choices of courses/colleges.

3. College/ Courses:

Once the merit list is announced, candidates can check the availability of seats in colleges/ courses and formulate choices according to the availability of seats.

4. Allotment of Seats:

Seats will be allotted to the candidates as per their choices and candidates can receive the confirmed seat allotment letter from COMEDK after the seat selection is completed. The seats are confirmed by paying the amount of Rs.50000/- by demand draft at the bank counter. Fee receipt will be issued along with seat allotment letter.

5. Reporting and Admission: 

Students have to report in the colleges as per the schedules date and confirmed their seat and admission process.
