Designation Name	Qualification Required
Consultant (Company Secretary)	Degree in Science. Degree or Diploma in Business Administration will be considered as an added qualification.
Regional Sales Manager	Candidate must be a qualified Company Secretary having membership of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

Age Limitation:

For Consultant post: Candidates applying for this post must have the maximum age limit of 30 years.

For Regional Sales Manager: Those who are applying for this post will have to attain maximum age limit of 45 years of age.

Pay Scale:

For Consultant post: Aspirant selected for this post will be getting the remuneration of Rs.25000/- per month as consolidated pay.

For Regional Sales Manager post: Deserving candidates will be allotted consolidated amount of salary that is Rs.60500/-p.m.+ other perks under IDA pattern of pay scale of Rs.29100- 3%-54500/-.

Application Fee:

Only those candidates who are applying for the post of Regional Sales Manager, will have to send their applications along with DD of Rs.500/-(Non Refundable) in favour of “Hindustan Insecticides Limited” (SC/ST/PWD candidates are exempted from the application fee) payable at New Delhi.
