Fill an application form with all the compulsory details and upload scanned photograph and signature or any other documents (If required)

At last, take printout of Challan.

After that submit the form and take a print out of the system generated form for further use.

Note:

(Must check Official Notification) For some post candidates need not to send hard copy of the system generated form to specified address that is mentioned in official notification on or before the closing date which is 30th January 2016.
