Prosthetic Craftsman	64	Candidates Must have passed Higher Secondary Examination and should have obtained two years diploma in Prosthetics And Orthotics
Occupational Therapist	18	Higher Secondary Course and A Bachelor Degree in Occupational Therapy 3 years course with 6 months internship until 1997 or Four years course with 6 months internship in Occupational Therapy

Application Fee:

SC/ SCA/ ST and DAP (PH): Rs. 250/-

For other category candidates: Rs. 500/-

Candidates may pay their fee through offline mode or Net Banking / Credit / Debit Card. 

Participants have to pay bank charges which will vary from bank to bank.

Selection Process:

Selection of participants will be according to the marks scored by the candidates in their academic and technical qualification. There will be no oral test (Interview) for these posts.

At last take print out of application form for future use.
