The application fee is payable only by General and OBC Category candidates. No fee would be paid by SCs / STs / PWDs/Women and CPRI Departmental candidates.

The payment of the application fee is to be made through on-line system only through Payment Gateway by using Debit /Credit Card / Net Banking. The printout of the online receipt / Registration slip may be retained by the candidates for proof of payment made.

The selection of the job seekers will be made on the basis of their performance in Interview / Skill Test / Written Test as applicable which will be organized by the selection committee of Central Power Research Institute.

Then hit on the ‘Careers’ link on the home page and after you have to carefully read the detailed Advertisement / Prospectus of concerned post.

For new Application – press on Description column “Apply online”. It will redirect to new URL and will open Instructions details. Read instruction carefully and press on “REGISTER” button. It will open basic registration page.

Fill the initial details such as required in the form, Check them carefully before pressing the submit link.

Registration Successful mail will be sent to your registered email id and mobile number with Application Number and DOB as Password. This Application Number & DOB as Password will allow you to Login further to complete your remaining stage of your registration either now or later, before the Last Date of Submission of Application.

Fill up all the required information as asked in the application with personal identification details, etc. Candidates should take utmost care to furnish the correct details while filling in the on-line application.

Please confirm all the details entered by you before pressing the SUBMIT Button, Upload a recent passport size color picture and Signature.

Candidates have to produce in original the photo identity proof and submit photocopy of the photo identity proof along with Examination call letter as well as the Interview Call letter while attending the examination / interview respectively, without which they will not be allowed to attend the examination / interview.
