Post- Graduate with preference to MBA with at least 15 years work experience in social and responsible organization of which at least 3 years in a leadership role
Rs.1,30,000/- + Rs. 40,000/- (HRA) + Rs. 2500/- (Medical Insurance)+ Rs. 12000/- (EPF Contribution)+ Rs. 3000/- (Children Education Allowance on submission of claim)
Chief Financial Officer
Post Graduate in Finance/ Commerce or C.A. with 15 years of experience
Rs.1,20,000/- + Rs. 35,000/-(HRA) + Rs. 2500/- (Medical Insurance) + Rs. 12000/- (EPF Contribution)+ Rs. 3000/- (Children Education Allowance on submission of claim)
Chief Knowledge Officer
Post Graduate with at least 15 years of experience in non- profit/ social entrepreneurship organization of which at least 3 years in a leadership role

Age Limit:

Age of all participants should not be less than 45 years and more than 60 years for post of Chief Executive Officer & Secretary and 55 years for both other posts.

Selection Process:

To select skilled candidate’s organization may conduct Test or Interview on schedule date. 

Shortlisted candidates may appear for selection process and those who will clear all rounds may be recruited against these posts.
